Job summary

Kuros Biosciences is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to lead integrated marketing across Spine, Extremities and Trauma portfolios. You will partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Clinical/Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and external agencies to drive campaigns from insight to execution.

You will own content development, agency management, MLR approval, and post-launch optimization, ensuring brand voice and compliant messaging while enabling sales through HighSpot and digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive medical device marketing communications experience.
• Proven track record launching integrated marketing campaigns including MLR/approval, launch, and post-campaign analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing communications across Spine, Extremities and Trauma portfolios.
• Own campaigns from insight to execution, including creative briefs, agency management, and MLR coordination.
• Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns across print, digital, email, social, events, and sales enablement resources.
• Manage content workflows in HighSpot, HubSpot, and related systems and ensure compliant messaging.
• Translate clinical evidence and field insights into audience-appropriate messaging and campaigns.
• Provide senior counsel on portfolio priorities, sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate learnings into next-cycle improvements.
