Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Director of Marketing Communications to lead a distributed team and translate complex medical innovation into clear, impactful campaigns across hip, knee, upper extremities, sports medicine and technology portfolios.

You will shape messaging with surgeons and patients, ensure regulatory and promotional compliance, and drive demand and sales using data-driven messaging and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required with substantial leadership experience in global marketing communications.
• Experience developing portfolio, brand or marketing communications strategies for a global, matrixed org.
• Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences or regulated healthcare environment preferred.
