Job summary

Progressive Insurance is seeking a lead marketing communications specialist to guide the development and execution of communications that enhance understanding of Progressive's products and services. You will serve as the primary communications partner for the Business Owner's Policy (BOP) messaging to agents via email, print collateral, and sales communications.

The role is remote with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters in Mayfield Village, Ohio, roughly three to four times per year;

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years related work experience (Marketing/Communications).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related field (Communications) and minimum of five years in Marketing/Communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of communications for Progressive's products and services.
• Serve as the primary communications partner for the Business Owner's Policy (BOP) messaging.
• Create and manage messaging for agents across email, print collateral, and sales communications.
• Deliver clear, effective content that supports product awareness, engagement, and business goals.
• Ensure content aligns with defined brand voice and regulatory requirements.
