Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states.
• Customize marketing automation processes, creating personalised customer journeys, developing email campaigns and implementing digital marketing strategies with Marketing Cloud.
• Create and execute workflows for marketing automation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create and construct dynamic, responsive, and customized email templates.
• Work together with marketing teams to comprehend corporate objectives and offer insights on consumer involvement and the efficacy of campaigns.
• Set up and oversee data models, including segmentation and data extensions.
• When creating emails and cloud pages, use AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud to third-party systems and other Salesforce products.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, offering suggestions and insights that can be put into practice.

KEY Requirements:

• Can work at 10 AM SYDNEY Time.
• Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
• Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
• Strong background in design/development of large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure
• They would have experience as a full-stack developer for Marketing Cloud creating personalized, dynamic messages and landing pages, making use of Marketing Cloud scripting languages.
• They have expertise in coding languages like AMPscript and SQL, along with a deep understanding of the platforms capabilities to optimize marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.
• They are also experienced with data configuration, manipulations, and advance segmentation, as well as reporting and analytics.
• Marketing Cloud Certifications and has Good Communication skills
