Job summary

Walsworth is seeking a Marketing Specialist I to support the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and customer and prospect programs. You will assist with campaign development, coordination and reporting while independently handling production tasks and platforms. This salaried, exempt role is based in Overland Park, Kansas, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• Work or Internship experience in marketing group preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows-based databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Parent Email Program including list organization and data hygiene.
• Build email campaigns with testing and layout reviews.
• Manage social media campaigns: creation, scheduling, publishing and monitoring.
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines and deliverables across channels.
• Write, review and edit marketing items ensuring brand alignment and clarity.
• Contribute to creative development and campaign execution with deadlines.
• Follow brand standards and style guidelines across materials.
• Support team members and document processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Participate in status updates and project reporting.
