Job summary

Credit Union West in Arizona is seeking a marketing professional to enhance member experiences through data-driven marketing, analytics, and campaigns. You will collaborate with the VP and Marketing team to develop collateral and programs aligned with growth targets, writing and distributing materials under deadlines.

The role requires 3–5 years in digital marketing, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and expertise in CMS, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and JS/CSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, including website and email marketing in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience with SEO/SEM and project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports.
• Lead complex marketing campaigns with cross-channel coordination.
• Mentor Specialists I and II and support workflow improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
