Job summary

One Nevada Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Data Systems & Analytics Specialist in Reno, NV. This role blends data systems administration with advanced marketing analytics to deliver actionable insights that drive campaign performance, member growth, and ROI.

You will manage marketing technology platforms, maintain integrations with core and digital banking systems, ensure data quality and governance, and support segmentation, attribution, and AI-powered analytics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of data analytics experience, with at least 2 years in marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Financial services or credit union experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of data privacy and governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain marketing dashboards tracking campaign performance, ROI, conversions, and cost metrics across all channels.
• Conduct post‑campaign analysis and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.
• Support A/B testing, attribution analysis, and performance reporting for leadership and the board.
• Develop member and non‑member segmentation and propensity models to improve targeting and cross‑sell.
• Manage CRM, e‑mail marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
• Maintain data integrations across Jack Henry Symitar, Q2, and related systems.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Generate targeted campaign lists and support campaign fulfillment.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analytics, reporting, and insight generation.
