Job summary

Arup is hiring a Marketing Winning Work Senior Specialist to lead and shape work-winning activities for the Water Business in the West and LATAM. You will work with leaders, bid directors, and teams to define win strategies, manage pursuits, and deliver high-quality proposals across markets.

You will coordinate with technical staff and MCBD contributors to strengthen messaging, ensure deadlines are met, and drive win rates through strong proposal quality and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development or related field.
• CPSM or APMP certification desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in pursuits and bids in the AEC sector.
• Experience leading bid lifecycle and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape work-winning activities for the Water Business.
• Define win strategies and manage complex pursuits.
• Coordinate bid processes with writers, editors and designers.
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance of proposals.
• Provide CRM insights to inform planning and prioritization.
