Job summary

Arup in Seattle is seeking a Marketing Winning Work Specialist to support pursuit planning, proposal development and interview preparation across the Transport portfolio on the West Coast and Texas.

You will partner with bid directors, technical teams and MCBD colleagues to deliver compelling client submissions, manage CRM entries and bid sites, and help shape winning strategies in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development or other relevant qualification.
• APMP certification desirable.
• 4+ years of bids in the AEC industry or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit strategy, resourcing and bid prioritization.
• Coordinate bids, ensure compliance and quality of client submissions.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, designers and client managers.
• Maintain CRM data quality and bid site usage.
• Assist with go/no-go decisions and interview prep.
