Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the Marketing & BD 2028 strategy with the CMO.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure project delivery, integration, and ROI.
• Lead relationships with major industry organizations such as IBA and ANA.
• Define performance expectations, develop talent, and foster high-performance culture.
• Own messaging and communications for leadership meetings and town halls.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and collaboration across business services.
• Assist with budget planning, tracking, and ROI analysis with Finance and Data & Analytics.
