Job summary

White & Case LLP in New York is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Marketing & BD Operations to provide high‑quality operational support across core M&BD processes, helping ensure work is delivered smoothly, on time and in line with firm standards.

You will mentor junior team members, coordinate pitches and submissions, manage matter capture, rankings, and client targeting, while collaborating with marketing, research and events to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Interest in business development, marketing or professional services operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and apply firm procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and client cultivation: support research on key clients and industry trends to inform planning and outreach.
• Proposals and pitch excellence: assist with pitches, proposals and capability statements; maintain templates and materials.
• Practice and partner/lawyer positioning: draft submissions for legal directories and awards; maintain ranking/awards repositories.
• Cross functional collaboration and project delivery: coordinate with marketing, research and events; lead junior staff and contribute to process improvements.
• Performance and impact: track metrics, prepare leadership summaries, ensure records are accurate and compliant.
