Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Well versed in JIRA, Power BI (intermediate), Adobe Analytics (intermediate) or another analytics platform, SQL (intermediate) and Test Planning & Execution.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in a core business domain and contribute insights at both team and enterprise levels.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable, technology‑driven solutions.
• Conduct current state, future state, and gap analyses across multiple processes and domains.
• Lead requirement gathering efforts for large, complex initiatives.
• Author user stories, features, and business requirements documentation (BRDs).
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Act as a key point of contact throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing delivery efforts.
• Coordinate and support test planning and execution.
• Ensure business validation and sign‑off for solutions.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team best practices.
• Work independently while driving initiatives forward.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
