Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in marketing analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, marketing, computer science, economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Tableau, SQL and Python a must.
• Strong consulting and communication skills — you’re confident presenting to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience working with relational databases and navigating marketing performance across digital ecosystems.
• Passion for experimentation, optimization and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze multichannel marketing performance — across paid media, search, social, email and web — to drive optimization and uncover meaningful insights.
• Partner with media, creative, account and strategy teams to create smart measurement strategies rooted in business outcomes.
• Provide thought leadership through strategic point of views and performance analytics best practices.
• Present and provide counsel to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and leadership presence.
• Coach fellow analysts and collaborate across teams to elevate our work.
• Work hands-on with databases and tools to run custom analyses using SQL and Python and visualization platforms like Tableau.
• Translate data into compelling, digestible recommendations for clients and internal teams alike.
• Stay current with client-specific martech stacks, AI tools, and digital analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
