A leading company in payment solutions is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their global digital marketing team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist , you will work with teams across the business to design, analyze and optimize multi-channel marketing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - nurturing leads, driving cross-sell and product utilization, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation/Development and Deployment:
Serve as a dedicated resource and primary point of contact for WEX Mobility campaign production/deployment with responsibilities in the following areas:
Work with Revenue Marketing leads and LOB stakeholders to design automated customer experiences and ad hoc email, SMS, and web personalization campaigns
Set-up and configure campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support the Consumer Pathways personalization program
Leverage copy/designs created by the Content team to execute campaigns across various WEX business units
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand segmentation, personalization and dynamic content needs within email journeys
Maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns to keep content up to date (i.e. urls, documents, cloud pages, etc.) while maximizing performance and efficiency
Assist with A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize email campaigns for engagement and conversion
Monitor email deliverability and implement strategies to maintain a high sender reputation
Performance Analysis :
Serve as a dedicated resource and primary point of contact for analyzing the performance of all Consumer Pathways campaigns with responsibilities in the following areas:
Leverage Tableau dashboard, Salesforce and other tools to analyze campaign performance
Assess campaigns in terms of overall engagement, financial results, user demographics, trends, success metrics and more
Provide insights/recommendations for campaign improvement across channels
Develop periodic reports on campaign performance, insights and recommendations for various internal and external stakeholder audiences
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise (i.e. Marketing Cloud - Email Studio, Journey Builder; Mobile Studio; MCP - Segments, Web Templates and Campaigns)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Solid experience with performance reporting/success measurement
HTML/CSS
AMPscript
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to take initiative and lead, motivate, and oversee teams to produce results
Team player attitude and ability to work in a high energy business environment
Preferred (but Not Required) Skills:
Salesforce Certifications
SQL
Experience with Salesforce Mobile Studio and Salesforce Personalization a plus
Familiarity with health benefits and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) in particular
Experience in consumer healthcare lifecycle marketing a plus
