Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior Marketing Automation Specialist to lead end-to-end SFMC campaigns, build personalized journeys, and drive real-time content across email, web, and messaging channels.

You will own technical execution, including data integrations, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in marketing automation, strong SQL, and experience with Demandbase ABM, Splash, Zoom, Movable Ink, and Highspot.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on SFMC experience, with Journey Builder and AMPscript.
• Strong Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud knowledge for targeting.
• Experience with Splash, Zoom, Movable Ink and Highspot.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-step SFMC journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Personalize content with Movable Ink and SFMC scripting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for delivery and QA.
• Manage Splash pages for webinars and events.
• Integrate real-time audience insights from Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Ensure data governance and tagging standards.
