Altec, based in Birmingham, AL, seeks a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist to own Salesforce Marketing Cloud execution—journeys, campaigns, segmentation, and performance optimization. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and IS to convert ideas into automated, data-driven programs that scale and improve over time.

You’ll build journeys, run A/B tests, maintain audiences, and support SFMC integrations with CRM systems. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of SFMC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SFMC and marketing automation.
• Experience in lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign automation.
• Masters may count as one year of experience, not to exceed one year.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated journeys in Journey Builder.
• Execute campaigns across Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and CloudPages.
• Develop lead nurturing workflows and always-on programs.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for results.
