• Experience executing customer marketing across owned channels (email, direct mail, and digital).
• End-to-end campaign management with multi-channel delivery.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Develop integrated marketing strategies to deepen engagement and retention among existing small business credit card customers.
• Translate customer insights, research, and performance data into segment-specific positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Plan and deliver owned-channel campaigns across email, direct mail, and digital experiences.
• Partner with product, brand, content, social, channel, analytics, legal, and finance teams to align priorities and resources.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution, including segmentation, messaging, creative development, testing, and optimization.
• Manage the customer engagement calendar across channels and key touchpoints.
• Monitor campaign performance and customer behaviors to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Ensure messaging and creative are consistent and on-brand across channels.
• Present campaign results, learnings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
