Job summary

You will translate strategic priorities into briefs, timelines, and channel plans, coordinating with creative, analytics, product, and control partners to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. You will monitor performance, analyze results, and propose improvements to enhance customer experiences and portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years in integrated marketing or related discipline.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work in a matrixed org.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, launch, and management of integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and portfolio growth.
• Translate portfolio and marketing strategies into clear briefs, requirements, timelines, and channel plans.
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery across email and other channels from briefing to post-launch review.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Finance, Creative, Operations and Technology, Legal, and channel teams to manage inputs and risks.
• Guide development of customer messaging and creative with clear direction and feedback consolidation.
• Maintain campaign roadmaps, workback plans, trackers, and status updates across multiple initiatives.
• Support test-and-learn plans to improve messaging and campaign outcomes.
• Monitor performance metrics; synthesize learnings and optimization opportunities.
