Job summary

Talkiatry is hiring a Senior Data Product Manager to own the data platform, define end-user data enablement, and manage third-party integrations that power referrals, billing and marketing.

You will partner with product, engineering, operations, finance, and analytics to shape the data strategy, expand trustworthy data foundations, and enable marketers with self-serve analytics and AI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management with data platform or data infrastructure focus.
• fluency with modern data stack concepts (ELT, warehousing, BI, reverse ETL).
• Ability to read/write SQL and reason about data quality and lineage.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for Talkiatry's data platform and third-party integrations.
• Develop long-term roadmaps for data stack, metrics layers, and AI capabilities.
• Define data quality requirements and establish monitoring and alerts.
• Collaborate with Referrals, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and other teams.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities and deliver self-serve analytics for users.
• Balance short-term priorities with scalable, reliable data infrastructure.
