Twin Health is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own measurement and insight across email, direct mail, and digital channels. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and technical delivery, turning raw data into actionable decisions for leadership.

You will build models, define metrics, and partner with marketing, data engineering, finance, and product to align on attribution and measurement standards. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a data-driven professional in the US.

Competenze

• 10+ years in marketing analytics or data science with independent work ability.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Proven measurement of email, direct mail, and digital marketing performance.
• Knowledge of attribution, MMM, and paid channel analysis.
• Experience building data science models for marketing decisions.

• Measure and report performance across email, direct mail, and digital channels.
• Own end-to-end digital analytics, tagging strategy, and data capture.
• Build attribution and marketing mix models to guide budgets.
• Analyze paid channels and translate findings into optimization recommendations.
• Develop and operationalize marketing mix modeling, propensity models, and Bayesian analyses.
• Partner with data engineering to productionize models and ensure reliability.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests.
• Create clear narratives and present insights to senior leadership.
