Job summary

Bold Orange is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead hands-on analytics on client projects from data provisioning to modeling and storytelling. You will work with SQL, Python, and cloud platforms to extract insights and deliver compelling visualizations for engagement and retention across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing analytics, comfort with data warehousing, and strong communication skills to present recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of domain experience in marketing, retail, or customer analytics.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI/Data Studio).
• Experience with deep analysis of customer and transactions data (LTV, churn/loyalty, propensity).
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate data analysis and insight development.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, data science or related field with exposure to statistics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze integrated marketing and customer journey datasets and provide actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Enrich and analyze transactional data to understand drivers of value and lifetime value.
• Explore new datasets and tools to support client insights and optimization.
• Design and train clients to understand reporting dashboards (Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Present analysis to internal stakeholders and clients, adapting content for audiences.
• Maintain data architecture documentation for canonical datasets.
