Job summary
Sequel Med Tech is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics & Digital Performance to lead measurement and optimization of digital campaigns and overall marketing ROI. You will own marketing dashboards, reporting systems, and cross-functional insights that inform leadership decisions.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, a clear communicator, and experienced in Salesforce reporting, Tableau, and executive storytelling.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive marketing analytics experience in healthcare/digital spaces.
- Experience supporting commercial-stage products and growth-stage businesses is preferred.
- Diabetes/medical device or digital health exposure a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for marketing KPIs across funnel stages.
- Validate Salesforce and other data sources for accuracy and reliability.
- Create standardized monthly, quarterly, and campaign-specific reporting templates and dashboards.
- Develop executive-level presentations that translate data into actionable business insights.
- Analyze marketing program effectiveness across paid media, email, SEO, and web channels.
