Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock is seeking a part-time Clinical Dietitian to provide family-centered nutritional care for patients from newborn to adult. The role involves reviewing diagnoses, developing care plans, performing nutrition assessments and educating families.
The position supports evidence-based practice within a multidisciplinary team, requires licensure as a Dietitian (LD) and CDR registration, and includes swing‑shift duties with occasional weekend call coverage.

Work schedule: 20-hour per week swing shift; 2-3 days per week; occasional weekend call coverage required
Salary: Most new hires start between $24.40-$30.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Additional Information: Provides safe and effective family centered nutritional care to patients from newborn to adult with a variety of diagnoses. Reviews diagnosis and implements nutritional care plans for patients using general dietetic standards and regulations. Serves as a resource for other staff to assist with problem-solving, participates in shared governance and evidence based practice and begins developing clinical leadership skills in their assigned areas. Generally independent and works on complex cases. Contributes to assigned projects.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
Master’s degree; or equivalent combination of education with experience.
Licensed Dietitian (LD) - Arkansas Dietetics Licensing Board, Registered Dietician Nutritionist - Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
