Dexian is seeking a Marketing Analyst 3 to drive global SEO initiatives across multiple regions. The role partners with web development, UX, and business units to embed SEO into site builds, migrations, and ongoing optimization. You will analyze performance, produce dashboards, and educate stakeholders on GEO and AI-driven SEO strategies.

The environment requires strong cross-functional collaboration, knowledge of enterprise analytics tools, and the ability to adapt in a matrixed organization.

Formación

• 5-7 years of related SEO experience if no degree; or a marketing degree with relevant SEO expertise.
• Experience leading through influence across organizational levels.
• Experience with international SEO, hreflang, and multilingual site structures.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for non-SEO audiences and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SEO projects across websites, regions, and business units within a global digital ecosystem.
• Collaborate with developers, UX, and business partners to integrate SEO into site builds and migrations.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate performance and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Monitor site health, crawl stats, index coverage, and SEO performance using GA4, GSC, and tooling.
• Develop technical requirements for enterprise-level SEO and GEO strategies across properties.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and AI-enabled SEO trends.
