Job Summary Marketing Sr. Analyst, Business Analytics is a subject matter expert for C-Shopper customer data insights, and the Customer Success resource for assigned Vendors subscribing to the C-Shopper Gateway platform. This role involves working directly with Vendor Users to drive usage and engagement, providing training, coaching, and support to maximize the platform's value. The professional will also coordinate meetings, deliver analytics and presentations, and help define success metrics.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Drive adoption and usage of C-Shopper's Customer Insights platform among assigned user groups to enhance decision-making and customer retention. Manage relationships with Vendors to meet revenue growth objectives, focusing on engagement, adoption, and high-quality usage. Provide guidance, support, and best practices for platform implementation and ongoing usage. Deliver insights, case studies, and analytics to help Users present high-value findings to SEI Merchants. Partner with User groups to inform sales and marketing strategies, coaching Vendors on opportunities. Support onboarding, ongoing support, and success processes for Vendor Users. Deliver ad hoc analytics and support external projects as needed. Define metrics to measure program impact, satisfaction, usage, and growth. Build strong partnerships with client groups, develop change champions, and remove barriers to success. Conduct evaluations, gather feedback, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Continuously review market and customer trends to improve user experience and operational excellence. Present weekly updates on implementation, usage, and monetization status to leadership. Education And Experience Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Insights, Market Research, or Business Analysis, preferably with C-Shopper or similar platforms. Knowledge And Skills Proven experience analyzing retailer customer or POS data and deriving prescriptive actions. Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data analytics methodologies.
