Job summary

Ramsey Solutions is seeking a marketing leader to shape and execute our growth strategy from Franklin, TN. You will analyze customer data and interviews to drive campaigns, then partner with product, sales, and optimization to turn insights into action.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, balance business goals with customer needs, and communicate the "why" behind decisions to stakeholders across the organization.

What You’d Do In This Role

Millions of people count on Ramsey Solutions to help them navigate Medicare, health coverage, and health cost sharing with confidence, and you'll be the one shaping the marketing strategy that gets them there. You'll dig into customer data and conversations to figure out what's working and what needs to change, then translate that insight into plans that move the business forward. You'll partner closely with specialists, coaching, product, and sales so strategy and execution never drift apart, and when a campaign calls for it, you'll lead a cross-business-unit team, rallying people around the work with positivity and healthy accountability. This role calls for someone who thinks strategically, communicates with clarity, and has the judgment to make the right call when the data and the instinct don't quite agree.

• Growing healthy customer funnels while protecting the quality of every referral sent to our pros and providers.
• Turning customer interviews, behavioral data, and performance metrics into sharper marketing decisions.
• Building more relevant, personalized customer experiences using tools like Segment.
• Reviewing performance analysis of marketing, campaigns, and messaging to accurately identify what's working, what's not, and why.
• Bringing together business strategy, positioning, and customer insight to shape recommendations that hold up under scrutiny.
• Keeping your team fed with clear, ready-to-execute work and knowing which requests deserve priority.
• Leading a cross-business-unit team through a campaign, rallying the team with positivity and holding the group to healthy accountability.
• Collaborating with the Optimization team, using Optimizely, to build testing strategies for customer flows on the website.
