Job summary

Ramsey Solutions seeks a content creator who can articulate money principles in a relatable way. You will craft messages across multiple platforms, drawing on your personal experience to connect with people and inspire practical action with their finances.

Fluent in authentic storytelling, you will share your own journey with Ramsey principles, showing how you’ve applied them to achieve financial progress and helping others do the same.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That's why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. But work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.

While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

You'd create content and build trust with an audience around the money principles that actually change lives, serving as a credible and compelling voice for the Ramsey brand. You'd communicate those principles across multiple platforms and formats, connecting with people, simplifying what feels complicated, and inspiring them to take real action with their finances.

You'd bring your own story to it, too. The authenticity this role requires comes from having personally experienced the hope and transformation that Ramsey principles deliver, and being able to share that message with conviction because you've lived it. This isn't a role for someone who wants to help people win with money someday; it's for someone already doing it.

You're Probably a Match If

• You're a Ramsey superfan who is personally walking out the Baby Steps. This is not optional; it's the foundation of credibility.
• You're consistently creating content rooted in personal experience, expertise, or a specific point of view, whether through speaking, podcasting, social media, video, writing, coaching, teaching, or other platforms. We're looking for people who are already building trust with an audience, not just aspiring to someday.
• You have a passion for helping others achieve financial success and a strong commitment to our mission. You're driven by impact, not platform-building or fame.

• Creating original, compelling money content, on camera, on social and on stage, that resonates with our audience and aligns with our mission.
• Contributing to existing Ramsey platforms (The Ramsey Show, other Ramsey Network shows, and on social media) as a trusted host or voice.
• Having a hunger for constantly increasing knowledge and expertise to gain trust with our audience to move them toward our tools, products, and services.
