Ramsey Solutions, located near Nashville in Franklin, TN, seeks a proven sales professional to lead client acquisition and growth within EntreLeadership. You will build relationships with small business owners, uncover needs, and position coaching and leadership solutions to help clients transform their business and life.

You will manage a disciplined pipeline, collaborate with the MRR team, and contribute to a high-performance sales culture focused on real value and referrals.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of consultative or B2B sales experience.
• Experience serving small business owners and generating referrals.
• Able to build relationships that drive repeat business.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You'd Do In This Role

Small business owners come to EntreLeadership looking for a guide, someone who will help them cut through the noise, solve real problems, and win in business and life. That's where you come in. You'll own a book of business and drive new client acquisition and repeat sales by building trust, asking the right questions, and recommending coaching and leadership solutions that create real value for your clients. Working in close partnership with our MRR team, you'll bring new clients into the EntreLeadership community and keep them coming back, not because you closed a transaction, but because you gave them a plan that actually changed the trajectory of their business.

You're Probably a Match If

• You have 5+ years of consultative or B2B sales experience and are currently working in a sales role.
• You're energized by serving small business owners and have a genuine passion for helping leaders grow.
• You have a track record of building relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• You lead with curiosity, asking great questions and listening for what clients actually need, not just what they say they want.
• You're self-motivated and excited by the opportunity to build your own income in a commission-based environment.
• You're comfortable managing your pipeline and activity in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• You're familiar with EntreLeadership content or have a background serving the small business space (a strong plus).

What Winning Looks Like

• Building deep client relationships by understanding each business's owner's key challenges and crafting solutions that deliver genuine, lasting value.
• Communicating clear, guided plans from the very first conversation, setting accurate expectations and creating experiences that turn clients into raving fans.
• Growing your book of business year over year through disciplined new client acquisition, strategic account development, and a steady flow of referrals.
• Partnering closely with the MRR team to serve incoming leads and bring them fully into the EntreLeadership community.
• Maintaining a strong, consistent balance of call volume and talk time to drive healthy new and repeat business across all product offerings.
• Logging all client interactions and activities in Salesforce to build and protect a pipeline that compounds over time.
• Investing in your own growth through training, role-playing, and a genuine commitment to sharpening your sales craft.
