Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, Market Research and Analytics for US Specialty. You will design, implement, manage, and communicate marketing research and analytics initiatives across Hypothyroid franchises, delivering high-impact learnings from diverse data sources.

You will influence strategy through rigorous, quantitative and qualitative analyses and partner with Brand, Medical, and external agencies.

Qualifications

BA or BS degree; advanced degree preferred.
≈10 years marketing research and/or analytics experience.
Experience with pharmaceutical data (physician-level prescribing, payer data, formulary data, patient-level data).
Analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and attention to detail.
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Act as an intelligence partner focused on strategic insights for the Hypothyroid franchise.
Lead primary and secondary research projects with suppliers and stakeholders.
Synthesize learning across data sources to produce actionable insights that shape strategy.
Maintain market and competitive intelligence and communicate findings to leadership.
Design measurement plans and monitor program performance and budget.
Develop data strategies enabling agile, visualization-enabled analytics and cost efficiency.
