Artisanal Brewing Ventures (ABV) is seeking a Sr. Market Manager for Central Virginia to drive beer sales and strengthen distributor partnerships. This role focuses on growing volume, improving distribution, and building brand presence across the market.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in craft beer sales, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and a track record in team leadership. This position requires on-site presence in Charlottesville, VA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• 5+ years of craft beer sales experience desirable.
• Proven computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Team management experience and ability to coach direct reports.
• Passion for craft beer industry and culture.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Must live in the market where the position is located.

Responsibilities

• Support sales efforts for the company within Central Virginia.
• Grow volume, distribution and brand presence through distributor partnerships.
• Communicate sales and marketing initiatives to Sales Team and distributors.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews with partners.
• Engage wholesalers and motivate distributor personnel.
• Call on key retailers and manage local budgets.
