Job summary

Clayco seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Market Leader to drive market strategy, P/L ownership, and complex EPC/design-build project delivery nationwide. Lead client development, sales campaigns, and executive collaboration to expand services and build lasting relationships.

You will guide design and engineering practices, mentor teams, and manage high-value projects with a focus on performance, safety, and client satisfaction across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• 20+ years EPC delivery experience in advanced manufacturing.
• Proven leadership of large cross-functional teams.
• Strong contract negotiation and cost control proficiency.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term strategic and tactical business plans in alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Develop and execute client development and sales strategy to achieve business goals.
• Own P/L results for the Market Segment and work with CFO on forecasts and budgets.
• Lead senior executives across engineering, procurement, and construction to showcase capabilities.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Design Project Management staff.
