Qualifications

• 10–20 years of experience in commercial middle market and/or mid-corporate banking.
• Strong loan structuring, business development and credit quality management skills.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation and cash flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of middle market and large corporate clients.
• Lead relationship development through proactive business development activities.
• Prepare deal screens and assist in drafting loan presentations and credit memos.
• Coordinate with deal teams to execute client requests and support closing.
• Monitor portfolios and respond to overdrafts, wires and related requests.
• Assess client needs and propose tailored financial solutions.
