Responsibilities

Underwriting and Portfolio Management: execute 1A risk management activities.
Client Relationship Management: act as primary contact for portfolio issues and renewals.
Portfolio Maintenance: ensure maturities, annual reviews, and covenants are handled.
Credit Underwriting & Risk Management: prepare reports and approve risk ratings.
Client Onboarding & Closing: drive loan closing processes and onboarding activities.
Cross-Selling & Client Penetration: identify opportunities and ensure proper pricing.
Team Training & Mentorship: mentor associates and foster growth.
