Job summary

FactSet seeks a Senior Manager for Market Intelligence focused on crude oil, refined products, and NGLs to lead monthly market reports and client briefings. You will guide a team of analysts and data scientists, shaping data-driven insights for global and North American markets.

You will drive forecasting models, engage with clients, and push evolution of data products while leveraging Excel, Python, SQL, and PowerPoint to deliver rigorous analyses.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of crude oil, refined product, or NGL market analysis experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling (PowerBI and GIS a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee and contribute to the production of monthly market reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop forecasting models, balance analyses, and price outlooks for crude oil, products, and NGLs.
• Mentor market analysts and data scientists, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Serve as spokesperson and subject matter expert for oil and NGL markets to clients and internal teams.
• Lead development and rollout of new data and analytics products distinguishing offerings.
