Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in market research, business analytics, competitive intelligence, or related analytical roles within healthcare.
• Experience using market and customer insights to support business strategy and commercial decision making.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that drive action and accountability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research across multiple data sources to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting current and future business performance.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to measure business performance and strategic initiative progress.
• Analyze key performance indicators and harmonize reporting processes to improve visibility and decision making.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for commercial and marketing stakeholders.
• Develop recommendations that support growth opportunities, operational improvements, and business optimization.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with organizational objectives.
