Job summary

Kariusdx is seeking a Director, Health Systems to own a portfolio of enterprise health system and IDN accounts. You will lead executive relationships, establish Centers of Excellence, and drive system-wide adoption of the Karius Test, coordinating with Sales, Medical, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success to unlock value.

Remote role with travel, reporting to the VP, Commercial Strategy and Health Systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
8-10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare partnerships, sales, or business development.
Demonstrated success building/managing high-value partnerships in biotech/diagnostics.
Experience negotiating and managing complex health system contracts with Legal and internal partners.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Drive system-wide adoption of the Karius Test within named health systems and IDNs.
Build executive relationships and establish Centers of Excellence across assigned accounts.
Coordinate across Sales, Medical, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success for account alignment.
Identify expansion opportunities within health systems and affiliated networks.
Manage enterprise agreements, contracts, and renewals in collaboration with Legal.
Promote partnerships with external organizations to expand market presence.
