Job summary

Constellation seeks an Analyst, Market Intelligence to analyze data center and technology market trends, developing market intelligence for strategic growth. You will collect, analyze, and synthesize data, track metrics, and deliver data-driven insights to inform leadership and business development.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Data Economy Strategy, contributing to corporate strategy and strategic growth initiatives within a large energy portfolio in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, sustainability, or related field.
• Ability to self-direct work, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and collaboration within a team.
• Ability to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and seek improvement.
• Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, market intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Interest in the data center market and broader data economy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
• Effective oral and written communication; summarize findings for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI and data integration.
• Ability to apply sound judgment and elevate issues appropriately.
