Job summary

Humana is seeking a Sr Market Development Professional to support TRICARE services in a remote role. You will provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and operational coordination across the TRICARE network while working with government stakeholders and providers.

The position requires proximity to the Doral, FL area for occasional in-person briefings. You will report to a Market Development Advisor and must meet DoD clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have network management and development experience.
• Experience with managed care.
• Experience with analysis of data and making decisions based on data.
• Experience with improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coordinate TRICARE service delivery across provider, beneficiary, government stakeholder, and network matters.
• Provide guidance, issue resolution, and operational coordination as a subject matter expert.
• Attend meetings and briefings when needed within 60 miles of Doral, FL.
• Report to a Market Development Advisor.
