Job summary

Humana is seeking a Sr Market Development Professional to support TRICARE services in a remote role. You will provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and operational coordination across the TRICARE network while working with government stakeholders and providers.

The position requires proximity to the Doral, FL area for occasional in-person briefings. You will report to a Market Development Advisor and must meet DoD clearance requirements.

In this remote position, you will be required to live within a 60 mile radius of the US Southern Command headquarters in Doral, FL, in order to attend meetings and provide briefings when needed. You will be reporting to a Market Development Advisor. You will provide guidance, issue resolution, operational coordination, and subject matter expertise across TRICARE service delivery, provider, beneficiary, government stakeholder, and network-related matters.

Required Qualifications

• Our Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position
• Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services)
• HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract. We are not able to hire candidates that are currently living in Puerto Rico.
• Must live or be willing to relocate within 60 mile commute of US Southern Command office in Doral, FL as this position will require you to visit the office for meetings and to provide briefings when needed.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

$78,400 - $107,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
