Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required by DoD contract.
• Interim approval for NBIS background check.
• Must live within 60 miles of US Southern Command, Doral, FL.
• Experience in network management and development.
• Experience in managed care.
• Experience analyzing data to drive decisions.
• Experience improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert supporting TRICARE services.
• Provide guidance and issue resolution across service delivery, provider, beneficiary, government stakeholder, and network-related matters.
• Coordinate operations and attend meetings as needed.
• Support administration of TRICARE services.
