Confluence in Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Analyst in Market Data Governance to shape how market data is procured, governed and delivered across the organization. You will own vendor relationships, lead complex contract negotiations, manage renewals, budgets and invoice reconciliation while partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal and external providers.

This broad role offers exposure to commercial, operational and technical work with visibility to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in market data or a data-product environment.
• Experience with financial market data vendors and supplier management.
• Experience with market data licensing and contract review.
• Knowledge of financial instruments, indexes and pricing data.
• Budgeting, invoicing reconciliation and cost control.
• Strong data-analysis, communication and project-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across business, technical and commercial teams.
• Negotiation style balancing commercial objectives and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage market data procurement and vendor relationships.
• Lead contract renewals and pricing discussions.
• Reconcile supplier invoices and support budgeting.
