Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Consultant in a multi-site setting (Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Tyson's Corner). The role focuses on translating business needs into data requirements, supporting data governance, and delivering compliant analytics solutions across enterprise customer data initiatives.

The candidate will partner with stakeholders, lead requirements artifacts, and support agile/hybrid delivery while maintaining strong documentation and governance.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking to translate business needs into data requirements.
• Experience with BI tools and data governance is preferred.
• Ability to document BRD/FRD and user stories clearly.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and pain points.
• Translate needs into BRD/FRD, user stories, data mappings.
• Support system design, data flows, and integration analysis.
• Lead or support testing, including UAT planning and defect resolution.
• Communicate status, risks, and governance requirements to leadership.
