Job summary

USAble Life is seeking a Sr IT Procurement & Compliance Analyst to support IT budget, procurement, vendor management, privacy, risk and governance activities. The role collaborates with IT Security, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and audits to ensure compliance and business continuity.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of COSO, COBIT, NIST, and privacy regulations, with 2+ years in procurement or compliance, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of COSO, COBIT, NIST, ISO, SOC, HIPAA, GLBA and other control frameworks.
• Understanding of privacy and data protection principles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT procurement activities in line with internal policies and external regulations.
• Process purchasing steps: POs, invoices, supplier payments, and coding.
• Support third-party risk management and IT governance with due diligence and risk reviews.
• Coordinate governance activities: risk reviews, policy reviews, and audit status meetings.
• Assist with vendor management, contract compliance, and evidence gathering for audits.
• Support privacy programs and documentation in coordination with teams.
