Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of business experience in a professional services organization
• Marketing experience preferred
• Experience with project management, writing, editing, presentations, research and data entry
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in Accounting/Financial Services/Legal/Business Advisory or Banking industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with geo and market leaders to align goals and priorities
• Identify and communicate national marketing programs to geo and market goals
• Provide feedback to national marketing regarding geo needs
• Identify and develop processes for industry, event, and sales enablement activities
• Establish and document best practices
• Act as industry liaison in geos with materials, insights and presentations
• Summarize industry data and trends for leaders to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain project tracking using AirTable and other PM tools
• Schedule market/geo industry meetings with agendas and presentations
• Collaborate with Marketing on local needs and deliver agreed outcomes
• Quality control of documents (formatting, typos, grammar)
• Support pipeline meetings with CRM reports and prospect lists
• Update CRM and firm databases as needed
• Organize events with Event Marketing Center of Excellence
• Manage sponsorship processes and event collateral
• Maintain local event calendars and national calendar visibility
