Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Market Activation Senior Manager to lead go-to-market activities across regional leaders, industry groups, and marketing professionals. You will drive the activation of marketing programs, establish best practices, and supervise the Market Activation team to ensure a consistent brand presence.

The role requires strong project management, strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and experience in professional services marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
• Ten or more years of business experience required.
• Experience with project management, writing, editing, presentations, research and data entry preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead market activation initiatives with geo, market and industry leaders.
• Coordinate programs across brand, campaigns, events and sales enablement.
• Develop processes and best practices for industry, events and marketing support activities.
• Provide comprehensive market and sales admin support including CRM updates.
