Job summary

Revolution Medicines seeks a seasoned Associate Director, Market Access HTA (Spain) to define and execute the market access strategy for oncology products. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to develop evidence-based HTA dossiers, pricing and reimbursement tools, and engage with payers, HTA bodies and health authorities at national and regional levels.

Lead submissions, negotiate pricing, and translate clinical/economic data into payer-ready communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in HTA submissions (recent preferred, last 12 months).
• Strong HEOR technical and economic evidence expertise.
• Proven ability to engage with payers, HTA bodies and health authorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market access strategies for oncology products in Spain.
• Lead preparation and submission of value dossiers and pricing negotiations with MoH and regional HTAs.
• Translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling payer value communications.
• Engage with regional payers and policy makers to inform strategy and access.
• Collaborate with Global and EU teams to align local access with corporate objectives.
• Participate in negotiations with national and regional payers and pricing committees.
• Develop innovative pricing and value-based contracting models for faster reimbursement.
• Monitor health policy developments and HTA processes in Spain.
• Support launch readiness and early access planning for oncology assets.
• Provide field-based market access materials aligned with Brand & Value objectives.
