Job summary

IQVIA seeks a highly motivated HTA Analyst/Consultant to support health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access activities in Germany, based in Spain. The role suits scientists or biostatisticians with a strong clinical evidence focus and medical writing responsibilities.

You will contribute to German AMNOG dossiers, perform data assessments, and liaise with cross-functional teams. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, with opportunities in EU-HTA processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in life sciences, biostatistics, epidemiology, pharmacy, or related field.
• Initial HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers, Modules 2–4.
• Assess clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, and patient-relevant endpoints.
• Conduct systematic literature reviews and evidence syntheses.
• Medical writing for AMNOG dossiers, statements for G-BA, and reports/publications.
• Support indirect treatment comparisons and interpret statistical outputs.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team.
• Ensure scientific quality and consistency of HTA documents.
• Monitor developments from IQWiG, G-BA and HTA bodies.
