Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Market Access Specialist – Data and Analytics to enable data-driven and AI-enabled decision-making across Market Access and Sales. You will build end-to-end data and AI solutions—from ingestion to analytics, visualization, predictive modeling, and storytelling—that empower smarter, faster insights for payer data and patient services.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure scalable, reliable analytics, and you will advance forecasting

Qualifications

• BS/BA in data science, CS, IT, stats, econ, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or data engineering in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience with payer claims, EDI data, copay/PAP data, and 867/852 datasets.
• Proven ability to design production-grade Power BI dashboards and SQL models.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SQL data models and Power BI dashboards across payer and pharmacy data.
• Develop automated, production-grade analytics to accelerate decision cycles.
• Create self-service analytics for Market Access leaders and field teams.
• Embed AI capabilities into dashboards for conversational analytics and insight discovery.
• Prototype ML models with IT and data science partners for forecasting and risk prediction.
