Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Market Access Specialist - Data and Analytics to lead end-to-end data and AI solutions across Market Access and Sales. You will transform payer claims, copay, PAP, and specialty data into decision-ready insights using SQL, Power BI, and Generative AI.

Candidate will collaborate with Market Access, Trade, Payer Strategy, Patient Services, and IT to drive revenue growth, optimize gross-to-net, and improve patient experiences.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; Master’s preferred in data-related fields.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or data engineering, ideally in pharma or healthcare.
• Experience with payer claims, EDI data, copay/PAP transactional data is a plus.
• Proven ability to design production-grade Power BI dashboards and SQL data models.
• Experience applying AI/ML tools to deliver business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SQL-based data models and Power BI dashboards that integrate payer claims and pharmacy data.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to accelerate decision cycles.
• Embed AI capabilities into dashboards to enable conversational analytics and self-service insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Prototype ML models for forecasting and patient journey analytics.
