Job summary

Nestl e9 Health Science seeks a Senior Market Access Specialist - Data and Analytics to enable data-driven and AI-enabled decision-making across Market Access and Sales. You will build end-to-end data solutions from ingestion to dashboards, leveraging SQL, Power BI, and AI tools to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in data analytics or BI/Data engineering.
• Experience with payer claims, EDI, copay/PAP data.
• Production-grade Power BI dashboards and SQL models.
• Experience applying AI/ML tools to business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SQL-based data models and Power BI dashboards.
• Build automated, production-grade reporting solutions.
• Create self-service analytics for Market Access leadership and field teams.
• Embed AI features in dashboards for conversational analytics.
• Partner with IT and data science to deploy ML models and forecasting.
